Exam Retakes

If you do not pass the examination, a 1 month waiting period must be observed prior to retaking the NBCAAM exam.

If you fail only one or two of the sections, then you have the option to only retake the sections failed. An examination fee of $40 will be charged to retake one section and a fee of $80 will be charged to retake two sections of the examination.

If you fail three or more sections, the full examination must be retaken.   An examination fee of $100 will be charged for retaking the full examination.   A maximum of 4 attempts are allowed and the same proctoring requirements apply for each attempt.
