Brette’s combined experience in riding and working with horses from the ground introduced her to the benefits of equine bodywork. Noticing the impact a workload can have on a horse, Brette became fascinated with the anatomy and biomechanics behind these amazing animals. She learned that massage can be an incredible tool to help prevent injury and keep horses relaxed and moving freely. This led Brette to the Northwest School of Animal Massage, where she was certified in Maintenance Massage, Performance Massage, and Acupressure. Today, Brette is a Nationally Certified Equine Massage Therapist, and loves having a job that allows her to do what she is passionate about while helping horses and riders accomplish their goals.
Brette’s years of experience with horse handling, behavior, and biomechanics aid her in helping horses feel their best and improving the partnership between horse and rider. Her passion for horses continues to grow every day, and she strives to leave a positive impact—both physically and mentally—on every horse she works on.
