About the Event

  • Emerald Level, $250: You will receive a quarter-page ad in the conference program, verbal recognition, signage, your name/logo in promotional materials and the opportunity to provide materials and/or samples for attendees’ welcome bags.
  • Ruby Level, $500: You will receive one complimentary registration, a half-page ad in the conference program, one 6-foot vendor table for all three days, verbal recognition, signage, your name/logo in promotional materials and the opportunity to provide materials and/or samples for attendees’ welcome bags. You are welcome to have one other person working with you in your booth during the conference.
  • Diamond Level, $1,000: You will receive one complimentary registration, two additional conference passes, a full-page advertisement in conference program, one 6-foot vendor table for all three days, verbal recognition, signage, your name/logo in promotional materials and the opportunity to provide materials and/or samples for attendees’ welcome bags. You are welcome to have one other person working with you in your booth during the conference.

ADVERTISEMENTS

The format of the conference program will be 11” X 8 ½” with 1” borders. We will not be printing in color. All ads will be black and white and gray tones. Please email your camera ready ad as a jpg or PDF file to email.

The full-page ad will be 9" X 6 1/2" . Members $300, Non-Members $400

The half-page ad will be 4 3/8" X 6 1/2" Members $150, Non-Members $225

The quarter page ad will be 2 1/8" X 3 1/8" Members $50, Non-Members $100

The format of the conference
