Application Procedures
1. Obtain an official transcript or a copy of your certificate/diploma from the Animal Acupressure/Massage School you attended. If you did not attend a school that provided at least 200 hours of training, provide proof of attending a combination of classes/training/apprenticeship that equals a minimum of 200 hours.
2. Contact the proctoring service of your choice (see the website for a list of services). You must provide contact information and a valid email address for the proctor. All correspondence from NBCAAM / Hocking College will be sent through email.
3. Download and print the NBCAAM application form and fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms cannot be processed and will delay the procedure. NBCAAM APPLICATION FORM
4. NBCAAM Examination fee is $145.00.
5. Payment and Mailing Options:
Option 1: On the application form, provide payment information for credit card, or include a check or money order made out to Hocking College/NBCAAM.

Option 2: Pay examination fee via Paypal using your credit card or Paypal account. Click the "Buy Now" button below. Scan your completed application and email to info@nbcaam.org.
6. Within 21 days, you and the proctoring service will be notified by email when your test is ready. You need to make an appointment with the proctoring service for a 3 hour time slot of computer time with internet access. The proctor only, will receive, by email, the logon and password that will give you access to the testing area. You may not take anything into the testing area and will be asked to provide an official government form of identification with a picture (such as a driver’s license) before being allowed to take the test.
7. Within 21 days you will receive notification of your grade. A passing grade will result in you receiving a certificate suitable for framing, a wallet sized membership card, and access to the NBCAAM website to enter your member profile. If you did not pass, then you may reapply and repeat the procedure.
